Breakfast: 2 clementines, coffee.
Lunch: big bowl of vegan chili, small amount of rice, couple pieces of raw cauliflower and carrots.
Dinner: red beans and quinoa, broccoli, avocado.
Snack: banana.
Extra activity: walked 7 long blocks before boarding my bus home from work.
