10-min. workout: Yes! I was feeling tired and hungry when I got home, so I looked for the thing I could get out of the way the quickest. So I jumped rope for 10 minutes. Whew, tiring!
Results so far: 5/7 (5 out of 7 days)
Calorie counting: estimated 1609. (My target is 1280-1400.) My third lowest day so far! I skipped wine tonight because I knew dinner was going to add up to be a bit heavy (veggie burger on toast, corn on the cob w/margarine, potato salad w/vegan mayo)
Results so far: 7/7 (my goal is to track, so even if I go over my target, it counts as a success)
No night snacks: success! I'm still pretty full from dinner, so I'll be fine with a cup of herbal tea.
