Breakfast: 2 oranges, coffee.
Lunch: leftover pintos and rice.
Dinner: deconstructed sushi bowl (sushi rice, teriyaki sauce, broccoli, tofu, avocado, green onions, wasabi & pickled ginger).
No snacks that I can remember.
Only a bit of extra activity (walking half mile).
