This is AS again. Thought I'd post more pictures while Ceejay's taking a nap (she's been really touched by all your comments, by the way!)

    So are you doing the "kangaroo system" in the second picture? I've heard that that is very helpful for the baby.

    cptacek, I haven't heard of the "kangaroo system" but I imagine it's something similar. The nurses and lactation consultants suggested skin-on-skin contact to encourage both feeding and bonding, and in that picture one of the nurses had just told me to lift up my shirt and put it over her. She really likes the skin-on-skin; sometimes it's all that will comfort her. Smile
