365 days of dinner: Jan 4, 2009 (again)

Our lasagne was really more of a late lunch; our meal schedule was kind of screwy due to being out at our friends' party so late last night. But then NT threw together this amazing light meal: tempeh satay and mango salad with a soy-ginger dressing we got for Xmas from one of our friends. So here's a photo of our second "dinner" for Jan. 4.

    LuxLiving: You prompted me to check how much we've paid off since July 2007 (when we stopped going into debt and started reducing it instead) by adding the total on our Goals & Results page to the total I've paid off so far this month...and we've now passed $50,000! I can't believe it; $50K in a year and a half.
