All our mortgage payments have hit:
US: $717 to principal
UK1: $179
UK2: $38
UK3: $40
In total, $974 was paid to principal.

New total household debt amounts:
US Mortgage $388,990
Loan from friends (duplex) $9,000
UK Mortgage 1 $32,850
UK Mortgage 2 $6,925
UK Mortgage 3 $7,293

TOTAL DEBT $445,058

    What are the interest rates on the UK mortgages? Looks like you could easily knock out two of them

    Jane, the UK mortgages all have a 1.49% interest rate. Now that we have the EF saved, I've thought about putting some of the UK rental income toward principal, but those rates are so low I've decided to save up for our next UK vacation instead. When I have enough spending money saved for the trip, I'm going to put money aside for repairs and renovations, which I'm sure would be necessary to get the place ready to go on the market next year.

    We have a ton of equity in the place (over $150K I think), so we'll pay off all the mortgages when we sell it.
