Breakfast: coffee.
Lunch: tofu satay, snow peas, rice.
Snack: wheat grass shot, carrot orange juice.
Dinner: tempeh ratatouille (tempeh instead of eggplant), spelt bread with margarine.
Snacks: wheat grass shot, coconut shake, pepitos.
Exercise: walked to and from a store to get my first snack, about 3 miles total.
