April 9 health and moderation

Breakfast: coffee.

Lunch: tofu satay, snow peas, rice.

Snack: wheat grass shot, carrot orange juice.

Dinner: tempeh ratatouille (tempeh instead of eggplant), spelt bread with margarine.

Snacks: wheat grass shot, coconut shake, pepitos.

Exercise: walked to and from a store to get my first snack, about 3 miles total.

    Fermented/cultured bean cake, usually soy but this one was 5-grain. It can be sliced, cubed, or crumbled. It has a mild flavor so it can be flavored pretty much any way.

    Oh, I just buy it premade. I bet there are ways to make it, but probably takes a while!
