June 10 fitness results

Had our weekly weigh-in tonight and I was down 2 lbs. to 139! Yay, glad to be in the 130s again and to be back at my starting weight for the year. Now I just have 10 lbs. to go on my goal. Which is to say I'm back to square one, but it's better than being completely off the board!

Now on to today's fitness tracking.

10-min. workout: Yes! We walked about 4 miles total today, to and from a friend's brunch, but that was pretty leisurely so I don't count it. However, I did 10 minutes of upper-body weights and ab exercises when we got home.
Results so far: 8/10 (8 out of 10 days)

Calorie counting: estimated 1637. (My target is 1280-1400.) Not too bad!
Results so far: 10/10 (my goal is to track, so even if I go over my target, it counts as a success)

No night snacks: I had some celery with peanut butter, which is one of my allowable exceptions, so it still counts as a success.
