10-min. workout: Yes! I had to pick AA up from daycare, and I had relatively comfy shoes on, so I jogged home (OK, walk/jogged; there are hills). Took almost exactly 10 minutes.
Results so far: 6/8 (6 out of 8 days)
Calorie counting: estimated 1515. (My target is 1280-1400.) My lowest day so far! Very exciting. At first I felt hungry during the day, but the last meal really filled me up. Hopefully I'm getting acclimated to smaller, lighter meals.

No night snacks: success! I did have some fresh strawberries (those are in the calorie count above, and within the allowances for night snacks). I'm still pretty full from dinner, so I'll be fine with a cup of herbal tea.
