10-min. workout: Yes! I walked upstairs to the condo and then checked my time -- it had only taken 4 minutes. So I walked down and up the last flight of stairs -- maybe the equivalent of another 18 floors? -- for 6 more minutes. My legs will feel it tomorrow! My arms are very sore from the sworkit.com workout yesterday

Calorie counting: estimated 1570. (My target is 1280-1400.) My second lowest day so far!

No night snacks: success! I'm a bit peckish, but since my calorie count is already over my limit, I won't even have fruit or veggies. My chamomile tea will get me through.
