Breakfast: coffee, banana.

Lunch: leftover Cuban black beans, plantains and rice.

Dinner: Southern-fried tofu, mashed potatoes, broccoli and a biscuit with jelly, glass of wine.

Snacks: mango, another glass of wine.

Extra activity: only a bit.
