April 4 health and moderation

Breakfast: grapes, strawberries, half a grapefruit, coffee.

Lunch: leftover hoppin' John.

Dinner: tofu cacciatore (basically veggie marinara sauce over pan fried tofu) and brown rice. (Two helpings; it was good!)

Snack: banana.

No extra activity, unfortunately; had to work right after putting the kids to bed.

    Great job! I was under calories yesterday and did get my exercise in.

    Good work! My April resolution is to go to the gym once every 5 days (I went last night). Was way too slack last month!
